We Verify with the DRC/FRG and Coordinate a Baking Troop to Launch Your Cake Mission!

Step Three

When your cake is ready, we’ll coordinate with you and your Baker Troop to arrange the perfect pickup time!

Operation Cakes for Heroes reserves the right to cancel the cake up until the date of delivery for falsifying information included in the application. I agree to our Delivery Agreement; By accepting delivery of our cake/care package, I/we acknowledge and agree that: Operation Cakes for Heroes is only a facilitator for providing baked goods prepared by its volunteer bakers. While Operation Cakes for Heroes informs all its volunteer bakers regarding their duty to strictly comply with ServSafe® guidelines, it has no control over the environment in which the baked goods are prepared. Accordingly, Operation Cakes for Heroes makes no guarantees, representations or warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the health and safety of the services offered by it including the baked goods provided by its volunteer bakers to families. I am aware and expressly and voluntarily assume any risk associated with the delivery and consumption of baked goods. Accordingly, I/we do hereby release and discharge Operation Cakes for Heroes from any liability or claims and covenant not to take any action against Operation Cakes for Heroes or its directors, officers, employees or volunteers, as a result of any ill effect on me or on anyone else as result of the services availed by me pursuant to this request. I agree to our Submission Agreement; That (1) I AM THE PARENT AND/OR LEGAL GUARDIAN of the child for whom this application is for (2) the information I have provided here is accurate and true. Confirmation of receipt will be sent via email.
